Lord Mayor Treloar College for physically disabled students is located in Holybourne near Alton. The Practice won an open competition to design eight accommodation units for college students on the edge of the campus. This 'Independent Living Project' encourages self sufficiency and independence in the student's final year at college. The project was completed during summer 2003.

The design includes banded yellow brickwork, hydraulic lime mortar, natural slate roofs, grey aluminium doors, windows & guttering & a sustainable urban drainage system.
